手持式光譜儀是一(yi)(yi)(yi)種(zhong)基(ji)于XRF光(guang)(guang)(guang)譜分析技(ji)術的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)譜分析儀器,當(dang)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)高于原(yuan)(yuan)子內層(ceng)電(dian)(dian)子結(jie)合能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)高能(neng)(neng)X射線(xian)與原(yuan)(yuan)子發生(sheng)(sheng)碰(peng)撞時,驅逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)個內層(ceng)電(dian)(dian)子從而出現一(yi)(yi)(yi)個空(kong)穴,使整個原(yuan)(yuan)子體系處于不(bu)穩定的(de)(de)狀態,當(dang)較外層(ceng)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子躍遷到空(kong)穴時,產生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次(ci)光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)子,擊出的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)子可(ke)能(neng)(neng)再次(ci)被(bei)吸收(shou)而逐出較外層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)(yi)個次(ci)級(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)子,發生(sheng)(sheng)俄歇(xie)效(xiao)應(ying)(ying),亦稱次(ci)級(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)效(xiao)應(ying)(ying)或(huo)無輻射效(xiao)應(ying)(ying)。所逐出的(de)(de)次(ci)級(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)子稱為(wei)俄歇(xie)電(dian)(dian)子。
